Blue Angel Ash was happily attending a charity banquet thrown by Arkham Height’s mayor to thank Wunder Womyn for all the hard work she has been doing to clean up the city. Ash enjoyed a celebratory toast of champagne in honor of her fellow crimefighter that she received from a peculiar waitress at the event…but little did she know…Ash’s drink had been spiked by a new up & coming villainess known as…HARLEY Belle!
